Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Business Analyst – Sales & Distribution to develop and deliver multi-variate sales reports. You will report to the Vice President of Sales and Distribution and partner with IT and finance to produce daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports.

The role emphasizes Power BI proficiency, data quality, and clear documentation, with opportunities to present insights at major company events.

Qualifications

3–5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in sales analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business admin, statistics, or related field.
Strong problem solving and proactive approach to promoting the company and brand.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, analyze, and create special sales reports; automate delivery to stakeholders.
Audit reports; identify gaps, data issues, or system errors using Power BI.
Document report requirements and coordinate with IT and finance for delivery by deadlines.
Provide monthly executive reports and keep dependent activities on schedule.
Assist in planning and executing performance reports for national conventions and regional meetings.
