Job summary

Nextpower Inc is seeking a Sales Analyst, eBOS to support quotations and proposals for electrical balance of system solutions. The role maintains customer and project data in Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP, helping prepare accurate quotations based on project requirements.

The position collaborates with Account Managers, Directors, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to gather inputs, track action items, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, supply chain, or another relevant field (preferred).
• Experience supporting quotation, proposal, pricing, or customer-response processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and follow up on incoming United States sales leads.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, project, quotation, and activity data in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Assist with preparation of quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs for customer proposals.
• Track proposal schedules and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Prepare routine sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
