You will manage customer project data in CRM, generate quotes and proposals, and support account managers and sales leaders in bid strategy and deal execution. Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite).
• BS/BA in business or technical field; MBA desired.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage all aspects of customer projects in the CRM system.
• Generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on technical requirements and customer needs.
• Coordinate with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive bid strategy and deal execution.
• Maintain CRM reporting, data quality, and handoff packages for Operations.
