Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sales Analyst, eBOS to support customer quotations and proposals for electrical balance of system solutions. You will maintain CRM/ERP data, assist with quotations, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely, accurate proposals.

The role offers exposure to utility-scale solar projects and cross-functional sales processes. A minimum of 5 years in related roles and strong MS Office, CRM, and ERP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales support, sales operations, or related field.
• Experience with quotation, proposal, pricing, or customer-response processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort traveling up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Review and track US sales leads with the eBOS team.
• Maintain customer, opportunity, project, quotation, and activity data in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from projects, engineering, supply chain, and finance for proposals.
• Assist in bid strategy, risk review, and action-item tracking.
• Prepare routine sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
