Job summary

Nextpower is seeking an experienced leader to drive technical strategy, sales support, deployment readiness, and lifecycle management of eBOS solutions across pre-installation, installation, commissioning, and operational phases.

You will serve as the primary interface among customers, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement of our eBOS products.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical detail into commercial value.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and scenario modeling.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce; strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Customer-facing engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration across large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for eBOS solutions with guidance and customer-facing expertise.
• Define requirements with EPCs, developers, owners, and operators to deliver optimized eBOS solutions.
• Drive deployment readiness with product management, engineering, and manufacturing on launches and commissioning.
• Manage customer engagements through installation, commissioning, and operation phases; resolve issues.
