Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join the Global Sales Team. Based in Nashville, TN, Fremont, CA, or San Rafael, CA, you will input and manage all project information in the CRM, generate quotations and proposals, and work with Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to exceed customer expectations while maintaining margins.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• BS/BA in business or technical field (MBA desired).
• Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience.
• Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems.
• Proven analytical background.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Sr. Sales Analyst will divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads.
• Run bid strategy meetings for projects before quotes are released to customer.
• Lead complex multi-$M opportunities through NX Sale Process from RFP to contract execution and handoff.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
• Coordinate sales proposals with key stakeholders.
• Provide input to bid strategy.
• Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Manage CRM reporting and improvements.
• Generate Sales reports & Presentations for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain sales models ensuring positive contribution margin.
