Job summary

Nextpower Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to lead pre-sales for eBOS solutions across pre-installation to operations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and Field Ops to ensure deployments meet performance targets and customer requirements. You will translate field data into product improvements, develop training programs, and drive deployment standards while tracking KPIs with Salesforce and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in utility-scale solar energy or technical sales engineering.
• Proven track record influencing technical decisions in large-scale project environments.
• Experience with Independent Engineer reviews and lender technical diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities for eBOS solutions, providing application engineering support and customer-facing expertise throughout project development and bidding phases.
• Partner with EPCs, developers, owners, and operators to define requirements and deliver optimized eBOS solutions that improve constructability and lifecycle value.
• Drive deployment readiness by collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing on product launches, field validation, and commissioning strategies.
• Track and report key performance metrics related to deployment quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction using Salesforce and analytics tools.
