• Conduct market research by collecting data by interviewing end consumers and meeting buyers in the market to support sales in new business development.
• Analyze input customer data and information for multiple systems to determine data quality indicators for reporting and analysis.
• Regular interaction with customers to learn preferences and translate quantitative data.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing volume, potential sales and areas to enhance customer experience.
• Create and manage store-wise sales reports, including the New Jersey market.
• Analyze trends in collection data of outstanding payments and aging.
• Track and analyze outstanding receivables through data-driven reporting to support finance controls.
• Use analytics tools to build usable graphical reports guiding application deployment based on patterns or correlations.
• Recommend opportunities to improve sales performance using past data and forecasts with analytical tools.
• Conduct market research for new products and participate in planning marketing of new and existing products.
• Measure and build business case inputs from reports and data for sales teams to uncover impacts of more automated reporting.
