Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–5 years in sales/data analysis.
• Experience with consumer products or retail preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM or sales systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track sales performance, velocity, SKU productivity, and promotional impact.
• Analyze trends, variances, and product performance to identify risks and opportunities across accounts.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Track performance against Joint Business Plans (JBP) and key initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor in-stock levels and order trends; proactively identify and escalate potential issues.
