Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a Sales Analyst to partner with the Walmart sales team, translating POS, syndicated, and shopper data into actionable selling stories and category insights.

You will identify growth opportunities, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and support item launches, joint business planning, and quarterly reviews. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Walmart data sources (Scintilla) desired.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to develop annual plans, growth targets, and category initiatives grounded in POS data.
• Develop and build impactful customer-specific selling stories reflecting key category initiatives.
• Create, manage, and deliver weekly and monthly POS reports with clear business implications.
• Produce ad-hoc reports accurately for internal and external customers.
• Deliver analyses with curiosity to uncover business opportunities.
• Assist with e-commerce item setup and promotional planning analysis.
• Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions.
