Job summary

ForceBrands is seeking a Commercial Analyst to turn POS, customer, and market data into actionable insights for senior leadership and the sales organization. You will build dashboards, tell compelling stories, and provide recommendations that drive growth across grocery channels.

This role requires turning complex data into clear narratives, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and collaborating with brokers and cross-functional teams in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in sales analytics or related field.
• Experience with POS or syndicated data; SPINS preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience supporting retailer presentations and line reviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS, wholesale, promotional, CRM, and market data across sales channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, compelling sales narratives and presentations for retailer line reviews.
• Monitor account performance and provide actionable recommendations to the commercial team.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Partner closely with sales leadership, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support new retailer/distributor onboarding and promotional execution.
