Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer experiences by leveraging product knowledge, personalized styling, and relationship-building to drive sales and client loyalty. They contribute to store performance through active clienteling, digital outreach, and achievement of individual KPIs. This role supports team success and serves as an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Drive individual and team sales by achieving KPIs (SPH, data capture) and supporting store sales plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools, including Polo Connect, to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for outreach and clienteling.
• Ability to operate cash register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work across the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and cash wrap while balancing multiple tasks.
