Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee to join a full-time, independent contractor direct sales team in the Frisco, Texas area. You will meet with local business owners, present supplemental insurance options, and build lasting client relationships.

Training, licensing support, and mentorship are provided to help you grow within the territory and reach uncapped earnings. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a flexible yet structured environment with performance bonuses

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; mindset, integrity, and willingness to learn are valued.
• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented.
• Able to build relationships face-to-face and manage time effectively.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at local businesses.
