Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated professional to help customers with their insurance needs, sell products, and manage a client book. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonus opportunities, and nationally recognized training, including paid licensing and conferences.

You will meet customers by phone or in person, building relationships across home, auto, commercial, and life lines, with potential to own an agency within one year and grow your book of business.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options (auto, home, life, business).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business.
