Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Lead by example by greeting customers and using sales scripts to drive memberships.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash and explain the wash process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to deliver a superior experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with team coaching to ensure safety and adherence to scripts.
