GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead to manage on-duty operations in Beatrice, NE, stepping in when team leaders are not present. You will drive membership sales, greet customers, educate on our wash process, and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure a positive guest experience.

This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position, with responsibilities including opening/closing, coaching teammates, and maintaining safety and cleanliness to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the car wash according to GO's standard operating procedures.
• Lead by example by greeting customers warmly and using sales scripts to drive membership sales.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash and educate customers on the wash process.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the site to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Address customer issues, escalating to leadership if needed, to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with team coaching, ensuring all teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts.
