Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead to step into a leadership role, acting as the manager on duty when higher-level managers aren’t present. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure GO Car Wash policies are followed, with a path to a future Team Leader position.

You will open/close sites, greet customers, promote memberships, coach teammates, and ensure a clean, safe, and compelling customer experience. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Willingness to lead and coach teammates.
• Ability to drive membership sales using scripts.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the car wash according to SOPs.
• Greeting customers and promoting memberships with sales scripts.
• Guide vehicles safely and explain our wash process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to ensure a great customer experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with coaching teammates and enforce safety and sales standards.
