Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support property sales leaders with administrative duties, proposals, and contracts. You will help coordinate room and banquet space, answer calls, and distribute documents to the appropriate departments.

This role offers exposure to hotel sales operations and a potential career path toward Sales Manager or Front Office Manager. Some responsibilities may involve weekend or holiday shifts in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and communicate account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to relevant departments.
• Conversely with clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space, and banquet space as needed.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
