Job summary

Landers in Baltimore is hiring for a customer-focused sales and service role. You’ll be more than a phone responder, building lasting customer relationships while learning our full product lineup and sales system. Expect a structured ramp-up and real responsibilities from day one.

Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with paid training, competitive hourly pay, and solid growth potential. No appliance industry experience required and benefits are provided to support your health and future.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred — retail, hospitality, or similar
• Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and reprioritize on the fly
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable learning new software (we'll train you on HUB)
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm availability
• No appliance industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries and guiding customers through the sales process
• Shadow experienced sales reps and install coordinators
• Learn HUB hands-on and apply it to quotes and orders
• Manage quotes and orders and grow customer relationships
