Job summary

Landers Appliance, LLC is seeking a Junior Salesman in Baltimore, MD to guide customers to solutions and close sales with confidence. You will handle quotes, walk-ins, and phone inquiries, using HUB and a fixed pricing menu.

Travel to customers' homes for pre-installation inspections as needed may be required. Qualified candidates are those who enjoy talking to people, stay organized, and communicate clearly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong customer-service background preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a retail/sales environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Sell and quote using HUB, follow pricing guidelines and seek manager input for off-menu sales.
• Assist walk-in customers on showroom floor, screen calls, provide updates and follow up.
• Meet sales targets and deliver consistent daily revenue on stock-menu items; perform outbound outreach.
