Job summary

Landers Appliance in the Baltimore region is seeking a proactive customer-service focused associate who is sharp, organized, and comfortable helping customers, not just answering phones.

Work is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with pay at $28–$32 per hour to start and paid training. No appliance experience is required and there are clear opportunities for growth as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and reprioritize on the fly.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning new software (HUB).
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm availability.
• No appliance industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced sales reps and install coordinators.
• Learn HUB hands-on, at a real pace.
• Grow from managing quotes and orders into owning more of the customer relationship.
• This is not a "just answer the phone" job; be the reason a customer's experience goes smoothly.
