Job summary

Landers Appliance, LLC is hiring a customer service associate to join our Baltimore team. No nights, no weekends, and no on-call shifts. You will be paid $28–$32 per hour to start and receive paid training on our full product lineup, pricing, and sales system.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

• Willingness to learn HUB software; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to appliance customers.
• Learn HUB and use it to manage quotes and orders.
• Grow into increasing responsibility within the customer relationship.
• Maintain organized workflow to ensure smooth customer experience.
