Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a full-time BMW Sales Admin Assistant (BMW Genius) to educate customers on BMW vehicles, features and technology while supporting the sales team with knowledgeable demonstrations and ownership benefits.

This onsite role involves coordinating customer appointments, assisting with deliveries, and delivering a world-class experience by keeping BMW product knowledge current and providing engaging, personalized vehicle experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for technology and the BMW brand.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

Pay Defined: The BMW Genius position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00.
