BMW of Tenafly is seeking a BMW Genius / Product Specialist to create an exceptional customer experience in the showroom and during delivery. You will educate guests on features and technology, lead product demonstrations, and support Sales Consultants with knowledge and questions.

The role emphasizes staying current with BMW models and providing top-tier service from showroom to delivery, reflecting a passion for the automotive industry and strong communication skills.

Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Passion for BMW and the automotive industry is a plus
