This onsite role involves coordinating customer appointments, assisting with deliveries, and delivering a world-class experience by keeping BMW product knowledge current and providing engaging, personalized vehicle experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for technology and the BMW brand.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record.
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on BMW vehicles, features, and technology
• Support Client Advisors throughout the sales process
• Deliver engaging and personalized product demonstrations
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer follow-up
• Maintain current knowledge of BMW products and competitor offerings
• Help ensure a world-class customer experience and high customer satisfaction
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for vehicle deliveries, product demonstrations, and BMW technology orientations while maintaining excellent customer communication.
