Job summary

Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH is seeking a BMW Genius to support sales by explaining technologies and features to customers at delivery and during the buying process. This role focuses on delivering a superior customer product experience and ensuring clear understanding of vehicle capabilities.

You will demonstrate vehicle features, assist with vehicle handover, configure vehicles via the mobile configurator, and conduct test drives as needed while maintaining attention to detail and a welcoming

Job Summary

The BMW Genius supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining BMW technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.

• Product demonstration of BMW vehicle features;
• Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up;
• Configures vehicle with mobile customizer;
• Performs test drives as needed;
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
