South Bay BMW is looking for a Product Specialist BMW to energize and inform customers about BMW, MINI, and Volvo vehicles. You will guide clients through features and technologies, delivering exceptional service and building brand loyalty in a fast-paced showroom environment.

The role requires strong communication, product expertise, and the ability to conduct engaging demonstrations, including off-site deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility for California Occupational Sales License.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist BMW MINI Volvo Genius, you'll be a vital part of our customer experience team, providing expert knowledge and enthusiasm about our range of vehicles. WorkingConditions

Will stand and movethroughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices)for most of the shift.

Will spend time out-doors,under varying climate conditions, showing vehicles to prospective customers andto drive vehicles in traffic during test drives.

Evening, holiday andweekend work hours will be required.
