Job summary

ProAmpac is expanding its Dairy, Pet & Protein Division and seeks experienced Sales Account Managers to grow our dairy market footprint across the Midwest. This remote role favors candidates based in the Midwest and involves travel.

You will lead opportunities from initial contact to commercialization, collaborating with technical, operations and cross-functional teams. Competitive base salary plus bonus/commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in packaging or business.
• 5–12 years of flexible packaging sales experience.
• Experience selling roll-stock, pouches, lidding films and other flexible film solutions.
• Experience with mid-to-large CPG customers in the Dairy Market.
• Strong understanding of film/resin structures, printing, converting, packaging applications, sustainability.
• Ability to lead opportunities from initial conversation through commercialization with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and manage dairy market accounts across the Midwest.
• Open doors, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into new business.
• Lead account opportunities from first contact to commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Grow both new and existing business and serve as account owner.
