Auburn Ridge, based in Monona, WI, is seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to grow our cabinetry, millwork and building materials business.

You will develop new opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and provide detailed proposals and estimates for projects from concept through completion, working with builders, designers and homeowners. This role requires travel to local sites, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints and prepare accurate field measurements.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, lumber, or building materials preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Valid driver's license; local travel required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities to support growth.
• Promote and sell custom cabinetry, millwork, and related building materials.
• Meet with customers to understand project needs and recommend products and services.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
• Review blueprints and project drawings to identify customer needs.
• Take and verify field measurements for accurate estimating.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and inquiries promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet timelines and expectations.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Attend customer appointments and job-site meetings as needed.
