Job summary

Management Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee cabinet projects from order through completion, serving as the primary contact for builder and customer accounts.

You will ensure accurate quoting and seamless order entry while coordinating with design, purchasing, warehouse, and installation teams. Daily collaboration with sales, design, production, and installation teams helps ensure projects are executed on time and to customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel locally to job sites or builder offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder and customer accounts.
• Prepare and review cabinet quotes, proposals, and acknowledgements for accuracy.
• Coordinate with design, purchasing, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns, product discrepancies, or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and project documentation within company systems.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen client relationships.
• Participate in builder meetings, job site visits, and internal production meetings as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
