ProAmpac is seeking experienced Sales Account Managers for the Dairy, Pet & Protein Division to expand our flexible packaging presence in the Midwest dairy market. Two tracks are available: New Business / Sales Hunters and Key Account Managers, focusing on opening doors and growing high-value customer relationships across mid-to-large CPGs.

Remote work, with a strong Midwest preference and 20–40+% travel, base salary plus bonus/commission.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in business, packaging, or engineering.
• 5-12 years of successful flexible packaging sales experience.
• Experience selling roll-stock, pouches, lidding films and other flexible film solutions.
• Experience working directly with mid-to-large CPG customers in the Dairy Market.
• Strong understanding of film/resin structures, printing & converting, packaging applications, and sustainability solutions.
• Ability to lead customer opportunities from initial conversation through commercialization by partnering across technical, operations, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.

Travel: Approximately 20–40+%

Compensation: Competitive base salary (based on experience) + bonus/commission
