Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking experienced Sales Account Managers to grow our Dairy, Pet & Protein Division across the Midwest and expand our flexible packaging footprint in dairy markets.

We are looking for New Business Hunters and Key Account Managers who can open doors, manage high-value CPG accounts, and lead opportunities from initial conversations through commercialization with cross-functional partners in operations, manufacturing, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, packaging, engineering, or relevant work experience
• 5-12 years of successful flexible packaging sales experience
• Experience selling roll-stock, pouches, lidding films and other flexible film solutions
• Experience working directly with mid-to-large CPG customers in the Dairy Market
• Strong understanding of film/resin structures, printing & converting, packaging applications, and sustainability solutions
• Ability to lead customer opportunities from initial conversation through commercialization by partnering across technical, operations, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams
