Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator in Grand Rapids to support the sales team and key customers with timely communications and order processing.

The role requires 1 year in customer service/data entry, proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Salesforce. You will help manage SPAs, process orders, and contribute to customer satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Address calls, voicemails, and emails from sales and key customers promptly.
• Maintain and support SPA in Salesforce.com; manage sales pipeline and generate reports.
• Process demo/mockup orders for sales, marketing and engineering as requested.
• Communicate with customers and sales team to promote satisfaction; proactive outreach.
• Assist Customer Service with general inquiries and order entry.

What Will You Get To Do

• Address incoming calls, voicemails, and emails from both the sales team and key customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and support Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) in Salesforce.com, This includes proactive management for the sales team, addressing past due opportunities for accurate sales pipeline forecasting and generating reports as requested
• Process demo/mockup orders for sales team, marketing and engineering as requested
• Communicate with customers and/or sales team to promote customer satisfaction for key accounts including proactive outreach to sales team and customers
• Support the Customer Service team with general inquires and order entry

What Will You Bring

• 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry or related field
• High School diploma or GED
• Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, Word, and Outlook. A
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
