Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics in Grand Rapids seeks a Sales Account Coordinator to support the sales team by handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will address calls, voicemails, and emails, manage Salesforce SPA, assist with demo orders, and collaborate with marketing and engineering to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and timely responses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry or related field.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails from the sales team and key customers promptly.
• Maintain and support SPA in Salesforce; manage past-due opportunities and generate reports.
• Process demo orders for the sales team, marketing, and engineering as requested.
• Assist Customer Service with general inquiries and order entry.
