Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics in Grand Rapids is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator with strong customer service experience. You will support the sales team, manage communications with key customers, and help maintain pricing agreements in Salesforce.

You will process orders, support pricing and reports, and promote customer satisfaction across accounts while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry or related field.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming calls, voicemails, and emails from sales team and customers promptly.
• Maintain and support Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) in Salesforce.com and generate reports.
• Process demo/mockup orders for sales, marketing and engineering as requested.
• Communicate with customers and sales team to promote customer satisfaction for key accounts.
• Support Customer Service with general inquiries and order entry.

What Will You Get To Do:

• Address incoming calls, voicemails, and emails from both the sales team and key customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and support Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) in Salesforce.com, This includes proactive management for the sales team, addressing past due opportunities for accurate sales pipeline forecasting and generating reports as requested
• Process demo/mockup orders for sales team, marketing and engineering as requested
• Communicate with customers and/or sales team to promote customer satisfaction for key accounts including proactive outreach to sales team and customers
• Support the Customer Service team with general inquires and order entry

What Will You Bring:

• 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry or related field
• High School diploma or GED
• Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, Word, and Outlook. A
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer-base; good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
