Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees including Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
• Hire, train, and onboard new employees; ensure understanding of roles and standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support career development for staff.
• Create and manage employee schedules; ensure adequate staffing.
• Address employee issues or conflicts promptly; maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Oversee daily operations; ensure the restaurant is stocked, clean, and efficient.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, labor, and inventory.
• Control costs by managing labor, food, and inventory expenditures.
• Review financial reports and implement cost-control measures to meet profit goals.
• Handle cash management duties and deposits.
• Drive sales through promotions and customer retention strategies.
• Oversee inventory; place orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Address operational challenges and staffing concerns promptly; decision making under pressure.
