Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a team-oriented kitchen worker responsible for salads and salad bar prep. Duties include cleaning vegetables, assembling plates, preparing dressings, and following recipes with proper portion control.

Successful candidates will maintain sanitation, stock their station, and assist during rush periods while observing safety standards. English communication and ability to lift up to 30 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean vegetables, mix ingredients, and prepare plates of vegetables.
• Prepare dressings and follow recipes for salads.
• Follow recipes, maintain portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of ingredients per brand standards.
• Set up station and restock items as needed throughout shift.
• Inspect areas for safe, sanitary food handling practices.
