Ole Times Country Buffet is seeking a Salad Bar Attendant to keep the salad bar fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing. You will follow recipes, present items attractively, and assist guests with selections in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen and dining area.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, replenishing stock, ensuring safety standards, and aiding in post-shift breakdown. Flexibility for convenient hours and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a well-stocked salad bar with fresh ingredients.
• Monitor cleanliness and replenish items throughout the day.
• Assist guests with selections and provide recommendations.
• Ensure salads are displayed attractively and meet standards.
• Handle food safety and proper storage per regulations.
• Break down salad bar at end of shift and store items properly.
