Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, dressings, and ingredients according to recipes and brand standards.
• Ensure proper portion control, plating, and presentation.
• Set up and break down station; restock throughout shift.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and organization of kitchen areas.
• Assist other cooks during peak times and emergencies.
• Receive and organize deliveries; monitor ingredients and costs.
