• Must complete the introductory period (60 days).
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar, cut fruit, set up salad bar, and keep items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies at shift start; comply with PPE requirements.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
