Job summary

• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must meet company performance standards and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar - cut fruit, set up salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review work schedule at shift start and ensure PPE compliance.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
