Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking an entry-level team member for a retail store position in Coopersburg, PA. You will prepare items for the salad bar, set up and stock, and ensure food safety standards are met to keep everything fresh and inviting for customers.

Shift hours start at 4 hours, with additional scheduling based on business needs. You will review schedules, follow PPE rules, stock items, and maintain clean, safe work areas while supporting store operations and customer service.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate clearly; follow policies and safety rules.
• Complete 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the role.
• Meet attendance and performance standards.
• Ability to use or learn equipment and tools for the job.
• Perform all functions safely.
• Wear approved clothing and shoes for the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar - cut fruit, set up salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and check equipment and supplies; comply with PPE.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
