• Able to read, write, communicate and understand to complete duties
• Must complete a 60-day introductory period
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must be able to use equipment and tools required for the job
• Must perform all functions safely
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar - cut fruit, set up salad bar, stock and freshness.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies at shift start, comply with PPE.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
