Responsibilities

• Prepare items for salad bar - cut fruit, set up salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check the equipment and supplies required, and comply with PPE requirements.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools and equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
