Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform for the HCD division, spanning Signify Health, Oak Street Health, and RubiconMD.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, and Security to deliver secure, auditable identity and access management solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/ISC).
• Must configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms and workflows from day one.
• Experience with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the IAM platform for CVS Health's IGA.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security teams.
• Build and maintain lifecycle workflows and RBAC models; ensure secure, auditable identity management.
