Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform supporting the HCD division (Signify Health, Oak Street Health, RubiconMD).

You will work with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver reliable IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, RBAC, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering for enterprise apps.
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud.
• Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Experience with HRIS, Active Directory, Workday, Okta provisioning.
• Understanding of scalable design and IAM data modeling.
• Experience with RBAC, lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum practices and software methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
