Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform that supports CVS Health's HCD division across Signify Health, Oak Street Health, and RubiconMD.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams to deliver reliable identity and access management solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows, RBAC,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade apps.
• 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow/ISC).
• Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows.
• Experience with identity provisioning across HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
• Knowledge of RBAC models and lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective in Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across IT, compliance, and business teams.
