Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform that supports the HCD division.

You will partner with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, focusing on provisioning, lifecycle automation, and RBAC across multiple identity domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint Engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud).
• Independent configuration and troubleshooting of SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Experience with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Rehire lifecycle workflows and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills across connected identity systems.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the IAM platform for CVS Health’s HCD division.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams.
• Deliver reliable, secure, auditable identity and access management solutions.
• Build provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, and RBAC controls.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
