Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, build and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform. You will work across Signify Health, Oak Street Health, and RubiconMD to implement provisioning, lifecycle automation, RBAC, and compliance reporting with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

The role requires strong SailPoint experience, REST/JSON integration, and collaboration across Compliance, Security, and IT teams in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint Engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud).
• Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Hands-on experience with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, Active Directory, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience building Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across connected identity systems.
• Able to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, compliance and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IAM platform supporting CVS Health's Healthcare Delivery division.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams to deliver secure identity and access management solutions.
• Contribute to provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, RBAC, access certification, and compliance reporting.
