Qualifications

• 3+ years of SailPoint engineering for enterprise-grade apps.
• 2+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC.
• Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows.
• Experience with HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable systems, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience with lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver/ etc.) and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments and strong communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IAM platform.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams.
• Deliver provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, and RBAC.
• Ensure security, reliability, and auditable access management.
• Adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.
• Work with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, API integrations.
